Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to BWC Education are for professional consultancy services and are non-refundable once work has started.

Services include:

Consultation 

Application processing 

University communication 

Documentation support 

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided in cases of:

Visa rejection 

University rejection 

Change of student decision 

Delay from embassy/university 

Incomplete or false documentation 

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered if:

No service has been started 

Duplicate payment has been made 

Technical or billing error occurs 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to internal review. And we are not liable for any payment paid to others except our verified company bank details. 

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) may take 7–28 working days depending on case verification.
